Meet the Kenway Team

Alexander Thibodeau
Director of Operations
Alex is responsible for Kenway Composites’ overall business growth and marketing strategies. He is frequently on the road meeting new customers in new markets while also developing ongoing manufacturing opportunities in the company’s core industrial market. Alex is an adjunct faculty member at Kennebec Community College and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology as well as an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Drafting. He is also CCT certified.

Carroll Armentor
Project Estimator & Designer
Carroll Armentor is a Project Estimator and Design Draftsman of FRP Composite Fabrication Services. He has 28 years of FRP Composite Fabrication and Design. He earned an associate degree in 1986, in Drafting Technology at Southern Louisiana Community College in Lafayette, La.

Nate Russell
Outside Sales Representative
Nate Russell started at Kenway Composites in 2013 after retiring from the US Army with 20 years of service. At Kenway he has spent the majority of his time at machining and assembly while also learning the ins-and-outs of hand lay-up and Infusion techniques. He has taken alternative positions within the company such as Shipping/ Receiving, Resin Specialist, and Purchasing Manager. He has spent the last year as the fabricator in the Structural Fabrication Shop. Nate’s current role at Kenway is the Outside Sales Representative as well as a QC for the structural dept.

Corey Sechler
Marine Infrastructure Technical Sales Manager
Corey Sechler is the Technical Sales Manager of Waterfront Solutions. He works with customers to develop the best solution using the wide range of FRP composite waterfront products from Kenway Composites.

Paul Dumoulin
Senior Project Engineer
Paul began at Kenway in 1994. He is currently in charge of estimating, design, and project management. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Paul specializes in supporting Kenway’s pulp and paper customers, with over twenty years of experience he can help our clients solve problems unique to their industry. His certifications include Certified Composite Technician (CCT), First Aid/CPR, and OSHA 10hr.

Nate House
Project Engineer
Nate supports shop manufacturing with a focus on infused marine infrastructure products. He manages field service work for all of Kenway’s customers. Nate received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine, and he holds an Engineer in Training Certification.

Jordan Couture
Project Engineer
Jordan is Kenway’s newest engineer and recent graduate of the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. His primary focus has been to support our Municipal customers by delivering excellent quality FRPI certified storage tanks.

Greg Stewart
EHS & Quality Manager
Greg is a Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Manager with over 10 years of experience. He works to assure that the Kenway Composites team meets and exceeds industry standards for quality and safety. Greg is OSHA 30 Certified and earned an Associates of Science from the University of Maine at Fort Kent.

Victoria Moody
HR Assistant / Office Administrator
Victoria Moody has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of business management. Prior to coming to Kenway Composites, Victoria worked as a Research and Adjustments Representative at Bank of America in Belfast, Maine for over 17 years and throughout her career at Bank of America she worked in a variety of roles of which included Manager, Credit Analyst, Customer Service Rep., Collections Rep., Auditing and Reporting, and Sales.
